We ordered from them for delivery to a hotel. Two 2 pce meals and a gravy.
Gravy missed the train, chicken was old, cold and dried out, fries were a soggy clump.
One meal contained two wings.
No forks, no straws, no napkins, no salt and no pepper. Never again. If I could have given them a negative rating I would have. -

Disgusting, three strikes and your out KFC
The last two times that we had the buckets of chicken they were over cooked and barely edible. Today we decide to try again, and guess what more disappointment. For the price that we paid for our meals the quality and quantity are ridiculous. This was not fit to feed to a dog!! We ordered pop corn chicken and there might have been 10 maximum in the container. The box meals we ordered and came with no salads. One of us ordered chicken tenders and threw them out because they were so over salted not one of us could stomach them. This was truly a huge disappointment. Never Ever Ever again!!!

My husband and I went threw drive threw, he ordered the epic box meal , coke for the drink sweet and sour sauce, I ordered individual size mash potato's and gravy. We pay we drive home. Open up our order and first thing the mash potatoes I ordered came in a mini gravy size cup with no gravy in sight, so my husband opened his epic box and there was no bacon on the sandwich, no sauce and no utensils. So that was enough for my husband to call KFC back to complain, and when called and talked to the young man on the phone he was so rude that as he passed the phone to management my husband could hear him in the background saying "Eww a complain. here we go" and "Ohh, I love these ones", in a sarcastic tone of course. So overall weren't not impressed with KFC's performance.
